If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from when the product is delivered to return it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from us can be returned to us. Our products purchased through resellers, retail partners, or other websites must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Unless otherwise specified, all products are returnable as long as they are in like-new condition, are not damaged, none of the parts or accessories are missing, and are returned in their original packaging, labels and other materials. Proof of purchase is also required for all returns.
Products that have been used or that has performed its expected number of uses will not be returnable. If an item is not in like-new condition, is damaged, is not returned in its original packaging or there are parts/accessories missing, we reserve the right to do a partial refund or deny the return.
Farm Culture Hydroponics offers a 30 day warranty (from the date of your purchased) if you system is failing (this includes lights, fan and buttons).
If you purchased a 3 Year Warranty your product will be covered for failing light, buttons or fan.
The 30 day warranty and 3 Year Warranty does not cover: seedling dying, plants not growing, plants dying or any issues with the plants.
However, if none of your seeds are producing seedlings we are more than happy to replace you seed pack.

To start the returns or exchange process, contact us at: email@example.com. Returns must be approved prior to sending back the product. Unauthorized returns, as well as C.O.D. shipments, will be refused.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless otherwise stated or agreed. All returned items must be sent in protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping and you will be responsible for any damage to the items on account of insufficient packaging.
We will refund the entire purchase price of the order including taxes (less the original shipping cost and processing fees).
Once the return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be made to the credit card, PayPal account, or other payment method used to place the order. Please allow up to 14 business days for it to post to your account.
We sell and ship products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to deny a return if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale. Likewise, if we suspect a return to be fraudulent, abusive or unduly repetitive, we reserve the right to deny a return.

We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at/on our website at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Should we reduce our price on any product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact us to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact us within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time offers, such as those that occur during special sales events (such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday) or one-time offers.
Price corrections are only available for up to 3 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price correction.
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days, depending on stock and availability. Transit times listed on our website are in addition to this order processing time.
Shipping rates apply to shipments made within all 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Trust Territories. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Products purchased online from us are subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations.
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt. Please do not discard any product(s) or packaging until all shipping issues have been resolved.
Please report damaged packages by contacting us at: email@example.com. Please include the following in your message: photo or video of the damaged product(s) or package, description of the damage.
Placing Orders, Tracking Status and Making Changes
All orders placed through this Website are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, with or without providing a reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is cancelled, a refund will be issued.
You should receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Your receipt of an email confirmation, however, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order.
If you failed to select a pack of seeds during checkout, we will select a suitable pack of seeds for you.

Orders may be cancelled up until they submitted to our fulfillment center. Once an order is submitted to our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel it or make changes to it. Please review all order information before submitting your order.
Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment center, your purchase will be subject to the terms of this return policy.
